Jake Brower has been part of the Brotherhood Designs story since the early days as the recipient of Flag #15 in 2022. Since then, he has become a trusted friend, advocate, and strategic partner who has consistently helped expand the reach of our mission through meaningful relationships and new opportunities.

With a professional background in sales, business development, and relationship management, Jake leads BDC's Sales & Marketing Development efforts. His ability to connect people, build partnerships, and recognize opportunities has already played an important role in the growth of our organization, including helping establish key relationships for our inaugural Heroes & Healing Music Festival.

Jake believes that lasting impact begins with authentic relationships—a philosophy that aligns perfectly with Brotherhood Designs' mission to honor service, preserve legacy stories, and support first responder families. His leadership and vision continue to help move BDC forward as we grow across Indiana and beyond.
