Max Winiecki

Secretary and Technical/Creative Advisor

Max Winiecki serves as Secretary and Technical/Creative Advisor for the Brotherhood Designs Board of Directors, where he combines nearly 30 years of technology leadership with a passion for innovation, creativity, and service. In addition to his responsibilities as Secretary, Max provides technical guidance and creative insight to help advance the organization's mission and support its continued growth.

A supporter and advisor to Brotherhood Designs since its inception, Max has been inspired by its commitment to honoring first responders, veterans, and their families while preserving the legacy of service through meaningful craftsmanship. That mission is deeply personal. Raised in a family with generations of military service, Max's father proudly served 23 years in the U.S. Navy, while his grandfathers served in the U.S. Navy and the Army Air Corps. With other family members having served in nearly every branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, service, sacrifice, and giving back have always been core values throughout his life.

Outside of his professional career, Max enjoys combining technology and craftsmanship through laser engraving, custom woodworking, and creative design. He believes innovation and creativity are powerful tools for preserving stories, honoring those who serve, and strengthening the communities around us.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Max is honored to help guide Brotherhood Designs as it continues to support heroes, serve families, and inspire future generations. For Max, serving on the board isn't simply volunteer work—it's an opportunity to honor the legacy of those who served before him while helping ensure their sacrifices, and the sacrifices of today's heroes, are never forgotten.
