Scott Carr

Scott Carr grew up just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, and has called Indianapolis home since moving there in 1991. A graduate of Lawrence North High School, Scott felt the pull toward service early and began his fire service journey as a volunteer with the Lawrence Township Fire Department (Castleton Volunteer Fire Department) in 1997. He went on to serve part time with the Greenwood Fire Department from 1998 to 2001, while also joining the Fishers Fire Department full time in 1999—where he continues to serve today.

In February 2022, Scott co-founded Brotherhood Designs, LLC, turning a deep respect for the fire service and a passion for craftsmanship into a mission-driven organization. As the vision grew, he helped lead the transition from an LLC to a nonprofit, and in December 2024 Brotherhood Designs became a registered 501(c)(3) known as Brotherhood Designs Corporation. Through his leadership, Scott remains dedicated to honoring first responders, supporting their families, and preserving the spirit of service through sustainable craftsmanship.
