Flag #160 – Carmel Fire Department | Carmel, Indiana
Brotherhood Designs Corporation is incredibly proud to showcase Flag #160, a custom Engine Series American Flag, handcrafted for the Carmel Fire Department in Carmel, Indiana.
This one-of-a-kind patriotic masterpiece was created using retired fire hose from the Carmel Fire Department itself, giving new life and purpose to the very hose that once served the community. Featuring the traditional red, white, and blue of the American flag, along with authentic fire hose couplings, this flag represents the courage, dedication, and unwavering commitment of Carmel's firefighters.
On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, National First Responders Day, Brotherhood Designs had the distinct honor of delivering and unveiling Flag #160 at Carmel Fire Department Headquarters, where it now proudly hangs as a lasting tribute to the men and women who dedicate their lives to protecting the citizens of Carmel.
A very special thank you to Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam, whose support and commitment to honoring the city's first responders made this meaningful project a reality. Her dedication to recognizing the service and sacrifices of Carmel's firefighters is greatly appreciated.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to the leadership and members of the Carmel Fire Department for welcoming Brotherhood Designs and allowing us to transform a piece of their department's history into a lasting symbol of American pride, service, and brotherhood.
What once protected the citizens of Carmel now proudly honors those who answered the call.
