Flag #100 - Officer Mike Williams

Flag #100 | Mike Williams Fishers, IN | 2025 | Squad Series

Some milestones you plan. Others find you.

When Mike Williams, a Fishers Fire Department officer, first saw what Rob and Scott were building with Brotherhood Designs, he made a simple request: "I want flag #100."

Not flag #99. Not #101. He wanted the one that marked triple digits—the moment a firehouse side project became something undeniably real.

A year later, on December 30, 2024, Mike made good on that claim. Two days before Brotherhood Designs officially transitioned to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, flag #100 found its home.

The Squad Series flag, crafted from California wildland hose, features a custom shelf across the front designed to display Mike's collection of challenge coins—those small metal tokens that firefighters, military, and first responders exchange as symbols of unit pride, shared experiences, and mutual respect. Each coin on that shelf represents a connection, a call answered, a moment that mattered.

Forty friends and family members gathered at Ale Emporium in Fishers to celebrate three years of Brotherhood and witness the handoff. It wasn't a ceremony. It was a family dinner—the kind where everyone knows why they're there without anyone having to explain.

Flag #100 now hangs as proof of something Rob and Scott suspected from the beginning: when you build something authentic, the right people show up.
